Prenatal and Postpartum Sacral Yoga - in person or online - will contribute to a healthier pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum period by enabling you to strengthen the entire pelvic girdle and its muscles. You aim for a pelvic floor that is strong but not tight, flexible but not "loose"! Sacral Yoga makes this possible. You will also explore sensations and release emotional blockages (stored in the hips), thus creating more space for the life we are nurturing. Sacral Yoga will guide you in establishing a deeper and healthier connection with your baby and your body during this stage of your life, and you will also learn how to manage anxiety in this new phase.
